Seal the outside of the box
Include a copy of your invoice

$7.50 (plus sales tax if applicable) will be automatically deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label. Upon creating the label, please ship your item back to us within 3 business days.
Important message regarding necklaces: If you are returning a necklace, please insert the necklace into the provided resealable bag. Leave the clasp and 1/4 inch of the chain hanging out the top of the bag and reseal the bag around it to help ensure the chain does not tangle in transit.
